DreamWorks to Remake 'Paranormal Activity' - Last week the Slamdance Film Festival came and went leaving behind a number of great films, one of them being Oren Peli's Paranormal Activity (review). The film follows a couple who move into a new house, which turns out to be haunted. It was shot "Blair Witch" style, which has become a new trend in todays filmmaking. Today it was announced that DreamWorks acquired the film with the rights to remake. Read on for the skinny.
