Rob Zombie to Direct Remake of 'C.H.U.D.'! - THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED B-D reader 'Darryl B' pointed us to a small article on shock rocker-turned-filmmaker Rob Zombie, which included a very small blurb that some of you might find interesting. According to Billboard.com Zombie might direct the remake of C.H.U.D., which Tim Cox was originally attached to. Zombie wouldn't confirm, we'll look further into the matter. In the original a rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.
