Cops, Ghosts in Asian Horror-Thriller 'Rule #1' - The boys over at Twitch Film scored details on a new horror-thriller from Asia entitled RULE #1, which is from Singaporean director Kelvin Tong (The Maid). Said to be a cop thriller with ghosts, you can read a synopsis inside. Rule #1, is set for release in Malaysia on March 13.
