20th Century Fox Enters 'Darkling Cove' - Gary Fleder is attached to direct and produce the thriller Darkling Cove for 20th Century Fox and producer John Davis, according to Variety. Caroline Case penned the spec script about a woman who moves to a small beach town to recover from a traumatic event and winds up unearthing a crime. The project reunites Case, Fleder and Fox: Case, a onetime assistant to Fleder, penned a draft of "Don't Say a Word," which he helmed for the studio.
